My situation is that I have a simple battery charge in a domestic case. My wife and I never wanted to seperate whohever california doesn't see it that way. My wife want's to contact someone to get the restraining orders reduced to a no harrasment order how does she go about getting the no harrasment order .I am currently enrolled in a dvor class they aren't much help. we have lost everything because of my actions and others have steped in and taken it to a new level where it didn't need to go. Also, their is a paradise paralegal that isn't associated with an attorney but who was referred by a local attorney to my in laws and now she is working directly with them filing docs, forging signatures(we have proof) milking them for about 1250.00 dollars for filing dissolution of marriage which my wife just found out about never signing one thing. She also calls me and harrasses me, She told my in-laws she was a licensed repossessor and repossessed the truck that my father in law and i co owned because this so called paralegal has them so worked up they are 87 and 85 years old. She had found my step daughters bio father from out of nowhere and got him to pay her $350.00 to file domestice tro against me which was dismissed because the judge said she should have filed harrasment and had my step daughters dad say things in the tro packet like i was posting nude pics of my step daughter on the internet that i had my in laws living in fear our whole marriage do i have grounds for a tro against her please help we need our life back. Thank you
