need advice on how to go about receving costudy of my 2 yr old

hi my name is kelly barnes i was forced to give my mother costody of my two yr old disabled daughter due to faulse accusations of drugs, abuse and neglect towards my daughter nevaeh. the judge gave open and librial visitations to both my ex and myself but i am not allowed to be near her i get constint phone calls on when am i'm coming than in the next breath i get calls sayin if i show up my husband and i will be locked up. we jus recently had a baby in feb of this yr while i was in the hospital my mother tought my 2yr old how to hit our now 10 month old daughter and my 2 yr old did just that an my mother told her to keep doin it an laughed while she was doin so. my mother is unstable she has 3 boys that smoke weed and sell parifaniliea out of the house. my ex is also unstable he has biopolar and has sckitsophrinia also buys coke unfortunetly i'm out of options i have called dyfs they will NOT take the case while after callin dyfs i recive threating phone calls that my mother and her sons will come up to essex county where my husband and i now reside and damage our carand other property and come after my husband  an also make sure we nolonger have our 10 month old an the threats of them making sure we do not have our 10 month old has been on going since i was 6 months pregnant. not to mention they just recently moved out of theire house in barnegat nj and moved with out saying anything so if i did want to go see her i couldn't. again i am out of options an am in desprate need of advice........... sincerely
