I am living with my mom for over 4 yrs, I moved in with her when I broke it off with my past relationship. I don't have a rental agreement with her I am out of work so unfortunately I can't pay her rent. She recently gave me an eviction notice to vacate the property and room I stay in but I am not sure if they are legal they weren't processed by the court and I was only given 30 days to get out or the sheriff will come and lock me out is that llegal? I heard it was 60 days I could be given if you live in a residence for over a year and 30 days under a year.
