There are a number of

There are a number of problems for you. First of all you must be a resident of Florida for at least 6 months in order to be able to file a bankruptcy here. Once you file, there will be a creditor's meeting in about a month to six weeks, and you must appear for that. If you do not appear, it would be set for another meeting in two weeks, and if you do not appear for that, the case would be dismissed. I think that the best thing you can do is to go have a full discussion with an attorney who has handled many bankruptcy cases.
