That is a great question.

That is a great question. There are many things that can be done to try to collect the money that is owed to you. You might be able to garnish wages, or bank accounts, have the sheriff seize personal property and sell it. It is hard to say what exactly needs to be done without knowing a lot more than you have written. Go see a local attorney.

Hello, I own home in

Hello, I own home in Keystone Heights 32656, are you taking new clients, what are your fees and can I ask for the tenant to pay those if I win? short run down is my husband and I rented our home 4/1/2020 we have had payment issues from the beginning and we offered them to be released with no money owed if they wanted to terminate the lease since they had been struggling and we could go in to clean, they agreed to terminate the lease in writing but then in another texted said that they would not move and will continue no payments to us now. We drove from Fort Myers to serve a 3-7 day and realized they changed the physical structure of a load bearing wall without consent or permits. what can we do?
