In order to file in Arizona, you need to visit the Commission’s Corporations Division website to download the necessary forms. The forms that you will need are: CF0042, CF0022, and CFCVLR Submission Sheet.

If you choose to fax your articles of incorporation, the Commission can set up a Money on Deposit account. After you fax your documents, you will not receive a confirmation from the Corporations Division. Typically, faxed documents are entered within two business days after the receipt.
