Arizona 30-Day Notice of Expiration of Lease and Non-Renewal (Landlord to Tenant)
Landlord submitting a letter to the Tenant for a variable amount of days (usually 30), setting notice of the expiration of the lease and informing the Tenant of non-renewal of the lease, with Tenant vacating at the end of the expiration of the lease.

A landlord can give a tenant an eviction notice the very day after the tenant fails to pay rent on time. The notice must inform the tenant that the tenant has five days to pay the rent or eviction proceedings will begin. Check to learn more.
