Arizona State Laws Prohibiting Landlord Retaliation

It is illegal for a landlord to retaliate against a tenant in Arizona who has exercised a legal right, including: complaining to the landlord about unsafe or illegal living conditions; complaining to a government agency, such as a building or health inspector, about unsafe or illegal living conditions.

ARIZONA EVICTION PROCESS

In Alaska, the eviction process is started by serving the tenant with a “Notice to Quit,” also called a “Notice to Terminate Tenancy.” This notice must be hand delivered, left on the premises (if nobody is there), or sent via certified mail. check to learn more.
