Child Support and Visitation in Delaware

In Delaware, the courts follow Delaware Laws, Chapter 567, Section 1 as a basic layout of the rules for determining the amount of support that is to be paid. Child support must continue until the child either turns 19 or graduates high school, whichever comes first.
