Delaware Legal Link is hosted by Legal Services Corporation of Delaware, Inc., a non-profit organization providing legal representation to Delaware's low-income population since 1996. The goal of Delaware Legal Link is to bring together all the legal resources in the State of Delaware into one portal for easier access in order to provide the public with legal information and resources.
