At SPEA, our founding mandate was “to deal effectively and dispassionately with the myriad needs and problems of modern society.” More than 30 years later, that mandate has not changed. Today we address urgent issues such as health care, energy, environment, and the loss of manufacturing employment in Indiana and the nation.
