In order to file your claim you need to fill in a claims statement form, provide correct details; mention the exact figure of the amount you are claiming and provide the exact reason for filing the claim.  You should provide your name, address and telephone number in the form, as failing to provide exact details could result in the case being dismissed. In case of the court is not able to locate either the person against whom you filed the claim, the case can be dismissed. 

 

Within a period of one year or five years since the occurrence of the incident, a party can file a suit.  The fee will be determined appropriate to the claim amount in dollars, type of claim and the services required by the plaintiff.  A list of services and charges for the services is provided on the county’s civil department website.  Once a claim is made, a date is set for the plaintiff and the defendant to have a pre-trial conference before going into the hearing and then the judgment. We have ask Waste Management to start service at our location
The new contract for 2 X 8 yard dumpsters to be picked with the waste up 2 times per week
should cos us $ 450 .44 per month 1 YEAR CONTRACT !
We recived a bill for the first 2 month - $ 2836.22
Then we called to Waste Manage and ask them to reduce our service from 2 containers to 1 container to be picked up 2 times per week , the amount the start charging us $ 450.44 + fuel and without any of our permition Waste Management send us signed by us 3 YEAR CONTRACT
We call them to stop the contract , and the answer was : You have to pay us 6 month of the your bill to break the contract !
This companys CONTRACT , which we didnt had a vhance to read is one way Contract - Their WAY !

I purchase a home from

I purchase a home from someone who had a tenant living there and wanted to continue to collect the rent, he stated he will be responsible for the tenant, the tenant left the property in a mess and took the range and the washer dryer connection isn't there which i told and shown, I'm stuck paying someone for the mess, replacing the range and finding someone to connect washer and dryer connection. Please help me with this situation my realtor tried to contact the previous owner but he's not responding. Thank you

We are a legally constituted marriage, and since 2005 my wife maintains an account in a bank in New York, until today January 2020 I have notified her that it is not bequeathed, that she has an account with her son, where she receives all the months her social security, she has refused to transfer the funds and the social security check
