Box 718, Frankfort, KY 40602-0718. Once your name reservation has been approved, it will be reserved for a period of 120 days.

After your company’s name has been establish, you may begin the process of filing your Articles of Organization, Limited Liability Company application (http://www.sos.ky.gov/NR/rdonlyres/50E8E38F-40BA-4636-A6F1-89B47E3F5DDA/...). The filing fee is $40.00. The fee, and the application can be mailed to: Trey Grayson, Office of the Secretary of State, P.O. Box 718, Frankfort, KY 40602-0718. Documents are processed the same day they are received, but it may take up to three business days to complete.
