Once your company name is established, you can begin filling out your Form LLC-1 (11/2008), Articles of Organizatiom. The filing fee is $50. The Missouri Secretary of State also offers Online Registration for LLC’s. Once you visit the Web site, simply click on the begin registration button and follow the step-by-step process for filing your LLC online. A credit card and valid e-mail address are required to successfully complete online filing.

Corporations are required to file an Annual Report. Annual reports can be filed online or via mail. To file online visit https://www.sos.mo.gov/BusinessEntity/annualreport/reportstart.asp and follow the easy steps to complete your report. To print your annual report for filing you must visit https://www.sos.mo.gov/BusinessEntity/soskb/csearch.asp and locate your company. From there, follow the prompts provided and a report can be printed out.
