How does joint custody work in Nevada?
Joint custody is actually a term that has a couple of different meanings. There's joint legal custody, and there's joint physical custody. Legal custody deals with decision making regarding health, education, welfare, religion, things like that. When parents have joint custody, or joint legal custody, they're supposed to make those decisions jointly.
