If there is no written lease, can I evict a tenant?

This is a complex question, and I've had lots of situations involving this. The answer is yes, but you're going to have to establish that there's a landlord / tenant relationship first. In other words, have you been collecting rent from them?

Residential Rental Application

This is a form that's going to make it more streamlined for tenants who want to apply to rent from you.  How it works is a tenant fills out the application for rental, pays a fee, and then you follow the legal requirements to either approve or disapprove them.
