Oklahoma offers all of their services online, from reserving names, to filing your articles of incorporation. To do this, you’ll have to log in to the Oklahoma Secretary of State On-Line Services page with your name and e-mail address. From there, you can create a new work ID and begin the necessary applications.

If you are more comfortable filing by mail, you can fill out your Certificate of Incorporation and mail it to: Oklahoma Secretary of State, 2300 N. Lincoln Blvd., Room 101, State Capitol Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105-4897. The minimum filing fee is $50, the total filing fee is assessed by total authorized capital ($1 per $1,000).
