Washington State Custody Laws

In Washington, one or both parents may be granted either legal custody or physical custody. Legal custody refers to your right to make day-to-day decisions on behalf of your child, including decisions about medical care, education, and religion. Check to learn more.

Child Custody Relocation in Washington State
