How to Form an LLC in Wyoming

If your company name is available, you can begin filling out your Limited Liability Company Articles of Organization. Once the form is completed, you can attach the $100 filing fee (checks made payable to Wyoming Secretary of State) and mail the packet to: Wyoming Secretary of State, State Capitol Building, Room 110, 200 West 24th Street, Cheyenne, WY 82002-0020.

Annual reports will be due annual on the first day of the anniversary months of formation. The reports can be filed either by mail, or electronically. You can visit the Annual Report page to determine if online filing is available for your company.
