The Probate Judge will collect the $40.00 Secretary of State filing fee and forward it along with the filed copy to the Secretary of State. The minimum Probate Judge fee is $35.00.


Alabama does not offer an online filing service; therefore, your forms must be mailed or submitted in person. However, there are many companies that will offer the service of filing these articles on your behalf.
