How to Form an LLC in West Virginia

Once your company name is established, you can begin filling out your Form LLD-1, West Virginia Articles of Organization of Limited Liability Company. The filing fee for your Articles of Organization is $100, the fee and form can be submitted to the same address listed above. West Virginia also offers online filing. To do so, you must visit Business For West Virginia and register for a new account. From there, you can begin the process of filing out the necessary forms for your corporation.
