Area of Law:
I have a tenant who is broken in many areas of my lease and I am confident I can Evict him. However I have proof that he's doing illegal drugs through a recent arrest and has been threatening other tenants with harm. I fear if he's given the full 45 days to get out, he will cause more problems in injury to others. Michigan says that you can give 24 hours notice if illegal drugs have been found. I need to know what I need to do or if I have enough cause to use this.
