A list of registered agents and service companies available to provide agency to corporations registered in Alaska.  All corporations doing business in Alaska must have a registered agent with an Alaska state address.  The registered agent must be an individual resident of Alaska or a corporation authorized to  transact business in Alaska. A corporation may not act as its own agent. Attorneys and  incorporated law firms can also act as registered agents.
