What is the eviction process in Arizona?

Whenever a tenant fails to pay rent or fails to comply with the material provision in the rental agreement, then the landlord can begin the Arizona eviction process by following the law and the rules set forth in the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. check to learn more.
If the tenant does not pay rent or move out of the rental unit within five days of receiving the eviction notice, the landlord can then file a complaint and summons with the courthouse in the county where the rental unit is located.
