This is a list of words that may not be used in the naming or declaration of purpose of a business entity in the state of Nevada. You must obtain approval from specific agencies before submitting incorporation documents to the Nevada Secretary of State that contain any of these words, even if the word is only “part” of a larger word.
Without prior approval, submitting documents to the Nevada Secretary of State containing these words, in whole or in part, will result in immediate rejection.
