At Blumberg & Associates, we are committed to providing the highest caliber criminal defense services in the state of Arizona. Our criminal justice system was founded on a presumption of innocence until guilt is proven. Superior Court : 300 W. Washington St.
Phoenix, 85301
I have recently been sentenced to 15 days in jail, 2 years unsupervised probation, and must take classes for anger management. Damb it. LOL.
I have filed an appeal and truley believe that I am not guilty of these charges. I know for a certainty that the State allowed evidence against me that was absolutely non-truths.
My Public Defender (God bless him) is a good attrorney (I think) but does not seem to do ANYTHING to help me bring out the truth in the trial I was in for 2 days. I feel justified in my decision to file an appeal, but at the same time I feel as though I am waisting the time of the State and others. I would appreciate ANY time that someone would spend looking at the court records or (minutes of the trial) to see and understand that I am inocent of said charges against me.
I can honestly say that if I were forced into the same situation again and was told I would serve 100 times the sentence I've been given, I would certainly do the same thing again. That is defend my girlfriend. I know for a fact that the judge when diciding my case clearly said that she did not believe I returned the money I was paid during the course of the (so called) assault. That was wrong also. I did return that money and told the young lady to use the money for her child for Christmas.
Thank you.
