Dana Robinson founded FreeLegalAid in 1996, as a law student when he worked in the computer lab and learned to program HTML and Java Script.  Since that time, he has become an attorney, and been involved in many other ventures.  But, he maintains FreeLegalAid as a service to the community, and has seen it grow substantially over the past decade.

Dana's practice focuses on trademark prosecution and licensing, copyrights, and as a business transaction attorney. He has prosecuted hundreds of trademarks in the US Patent and Trademark Office, represented numerous trademark infringement actions, as well as cancellations, oppositions and appeals before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

He started and exited from several businesses as an entrepreneur, and is now an active investor. He has a unique focus on web and application start-ups. He co- founded eChristian, the largest religious audio publisher on the web.

Mr. Robinson received his bachelor’s degree from L.I.F.E. Pacific College earned an M.A. at Azusa Pacific University and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and California, and before the Federal District Courts for the Central District of California, the Southern District of California, and the District of Nevada.

Mr. Robinson has also taught as adjunct professor of law at the University of San Diego School of law.
