Have had guardianship of six year old grandson since January, mother and father seprated for four years, not legally separated or divorced, he is in special ed at Kilauea school, obsessive difiant disorder-sever, touch of add, borderline PTSD, ( has improved alot) father is problem, mom ok with me adopting, I am 65 on social security. Father will be a problem if I seek adoption, guardianship expires Jan. 19, 2018. what should I do.
